Covid-19 Vaccination Programme

The Covid-19 vaccination programme has begun. When it is your turn to be vaccinated, the NHS will contact you. Please do not contact the NHS.
In Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, a few different health and care organisations including hospitals, GP practices, care homes and others are working together on the Covid-19 vaccination programme. This means when it is your turn to be vaccinated, this may not be at your GP practice. You will be told where to go for your appointment and how to book.
In line with expert guidance, the first priority for vaccination is care homes residents and staff, people over the age of 80 and frontline health and care workers.
We understand a lot of people want to be vaccinated and would like to reassure you this will happen. Please be patient and wait to be contacted.

The public have an important part to play to help:

  • please don’t contact the NHS to seek a vaccine, we will contact you;
  • when we do contact you, please attend your booked appointments;
  • and please continue to follow all the guidance to control the virus and save lives.

For further information on why you are being asked to wait for your Covid-19 vaccine, please read the information on the GOV.UK website or this leaflet.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide dedicated parking spaces for our patients and visitors to the surgery.

Parking is limited as per current parking restrictions in the locality and is therefore the responsibility of the patient to note the parking restrictions. There are also two local authority car parks at the top of Carlton Hill; on Frederick Avenue & Standhill Road, both have an initial 2 hours free parking though it is important you still ensure you place a parking ticket in your car or you may receive a fine.

It is also important that patients do not park in any of the spaces on the car- wash facility adjacent to the surgery as it is private land and your vehicle may be clamped, there will be a removal fee and will be the responsibility of the patient should that occur.

We would also request that patients do not park in the parking spaces directly to the left of the main entrance; this is also private land and all the spaces in that area are allocated to the Midlands Academy of Dance & Drama (MADD) who occupies the building at the rear of our premises. All the parking spaces in this area are clearly marked and have the "MADD" logo written on the parking space itself and are for the use of the students & their staff.
