BLOOD TESTS

Due to the high demand on HCA appointments, all routine blood tests are now to be done at Park House by appointment only  Tel 0115 9617616,  with the exception of Warfarin and Rheumatoid Arthritis monitoring. Please make sure that you have your ICE request form to take with you to this appointment otherwise no bloods can be taken.  Thank You.

New Patients 

We are happy to accept your relatives and friends as our patients if they live in our area. Ask them to bring their medical card to the surgery, proof of address & Previous Doctor’s details. You will then be able to make an appointment for a New Patient Health Check and complete a Registration Form.

We will endeavour to comply with any reasonable preference expressed, but your choice of GP cannot be guaranteed

Temporary Residents 

If you need medical attention when away from home, you are entitled to see a Doctor anywhere in the UK. We will be happy to see any friends or relatives staying with you if they need medical attention.
